Allergy Free Mixed Fruit Ice-cream
600ml coconut milk(good quality it makes it more creamy)
125ml agave syrup (you could use golden syrup)

2 cans of fruit cocktail in juice
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
Put a saucepan on a medium heat add 200ml of coconut milk and the agave syrup stir till the syrup is dissolved. Add the gelatin (take the gelatin out of the water and squeeze it) stir till it dissolves then, leave to one side.
Drain the fruit and put it into a food processor put this into a sieve and let a lot of the juice drain out.
Add the fruit and the rest of the coconut milk to the gelatin mix and stir.
Place this mixture into your ice-cream maker and follow the instructions. If you don’t have an ice-cream maker put it in a tub and put it in the freezer take it out every hour until starts to set.
Serve it with a toffee or chocolate sauce or both Yum! YUM!
