Pumpkin Apple Peach Jam Recipe!

This looks fab. Its a great way to use up all the pumpkins I have in the garden 🙂

ImageIt must be something in the air! Fall is around the corner and the smell of nutmeg makes my insides want to cuddle in a thick blanket with a pumpkin spice latte in my hand.

Recently the St. Jacob’s farmers market in Waterloo had a terrible accident and burnt down and all I could think about is the loss of my PUMPKIN APPLE JAM.

You might think this is a weird combination but it is truly a perfect array of cinnamon and spice that seasons the pumpkin to perfection.

So I derived this recipe from Eeny’s Universe: (http://eenysuniverse.blogspot.ca/2011/11/pumpkin-and-apple-make-great-couple.html)

But added in my own touch of modification to fit the ontario peaches that I had left over from the market!

For 8 jars (200ml):

  • 850 g pumpkin (peeled and cut you should end up with 650 g pumpkin)
