Pumpkin Apple Peach Jam Recipe!
This looks fab. Its a great way to use up all the pumpkins I have in the garden 🙂
Recently the St. Jacob’s farmers market in Waterloo had a terrible accident and burnt down and all I could think about is the loss of my PUMPKIN APPLE JAM.
You might think this is a weird combination but it is truly a perfect array of cinnamon and spice that seasons the pumpkin to perfection.

But added in my own touch of modification to fit the ontario peaches that I had left over from the market!
For 8 jars (200ml):
- 850 g pumpkin (peeled and cut you should end up with 650 g pumpkin)
- 750 g apples (600 g peeled end cut) – About 6 apples
