Allergy Free Chocolate Spread !!
This is so tasty you will want to eat the whole jar. These ingredients will make 3 x 350g jars.
150g toasted coconut flakes ( desiccated coconut will do either)
400g dairy, gluten and nut free chocolate
300ml coconut milk in can (full fat)
Wash out jars with soapy water and plate in a hot oven for 5 minutes.
1. Blitz the coconut flakes with a hand blender into coconut butter and leave to one side.
2. Place the chocolate, coconut milk and honey in a saucepan over a medium heat, and let them melt gently until nice and smooth.
3. Stir in the coconut butter and salt and mix well. Spoon the mixture into the jars.
Serve on bread, crackers or rice cakes. It is also lovely warm over dairy free ice-cream.
