Apple and mincemeat crumble.
The is a great way to use up the leftover mincemeat, I really adds a lovely flavour to the apples.
4 cooking apples peeled, cored and sliced
3tbsp mincemeat(home-made or allergy free)
2tbsp brown sugar(or honey)
250g gluten free oats
50g plain flour blend
75g dairy free margarine
2tbsp light brown sugar
1. Pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees fan. Put all the apples, mincemeat and sugar into a heatproof dish and mix together.
2. Place the oats, flour and sugar into a bowl and mix, then rub in the margarine.
3. Pour the oat mix over the apples cover them evenly with the oats. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with allergy free custard(I use Alpro Soya Custard)
