When reading a label to check for hidden dairy, look out for;

Casein
Caseinates
Ammonium caseinate
Calcium caseinate
Magnesium caseinate
Potassium caseinaye
Sodium caseinate
Hydrolyzed casein
Iron caseinate
Zinc caseinate
Cheese flavour
Curds
Whey
Whey pr0tein
Lactose
Lactalbuim
Lactate solids
Lactyc yeast
Lactitol monohydrate
Lactoglobulim

Foods that may contain milk (Not all)

Ice-cream
Packet sauces
Flavouring
Carmel
Crisps
Rice cheese
Sausages
Burgers
Processed meat
Crackers
Breads
Cakes /buns/biscuits
Most desserts
Breaded fish/ chicken,etc.

It is impossible to name all the foods that contain milk, my advice is to read all labels.
