Substitute for eggs

These are some of the best substitutes for eggs in cooking and baking!!

Applesauce 3tbsp = 1 egg ( great in cakes, muffins and breads)
Pear puree 3tbsp = 1 egg ( great in cakes)
Mango puree 2tbsp = 1 egg (great in cakes and muffins)
Banana puree 2tbsp = 1 egg (great in breads, pancakes, muffins and cakes)
Ground flax seeds 1tbsp = 1 egg ( great in breads, cakes and pancakes)
Vegetable puree such as carrot and pumpkin 2tbsp = 1 egg (great in cakes and muffin)
Soya yogurt 3tbsp = 1 egg (great in muffins, cookies and brownies)
Oil vegetable/sunflower 2tbsp = 1 egg (great in chocolate cakes, buns, muffins and brownies)
Egg replacer 1tsp = 1 egg (I use this sometimes but only if the recipe ask for 1 or 2 eggs – any more and there is a chalky taste from it.)
